In this section, we’ll focus on understanding the pivotal role of action planning in driving change at both individual and collective levels. This will focus on equipping you with practical skills in action planning and outlining some tools to support and enable this. Moreover, you’ll apply these skills specifically to the area of climate change awareness and environmental commitment. By the end of the course, you’ll recognise the significance of structured action plans, possess the proficiency to create impactful plans, and be prepared to drive change in the critical context of environmental sustainability.

In this section, we’ll examine the significance of personal reflection and action planning as a joint process, and how this can deepen learning and real-world application. Next, we will evaluate various tools and models that support personal reflection and action planning. Finally, we will create a personalised reflection process/ action plan tailored to the area of climate change awareness. This section is intended to equip you with the skills and insights needed to enhance your learning journey and apply a plan around climate change awareness and impact effectively in real-world scenarios.
